One more piece of information.  To clean up from the "no backups being
scheduled issue", you may have luck by stopping Netbackup, deleting (or
moving aside) the pempersist file, then relaunching.  It avoids having
to recreate policies.

Do *NOT* do this if you have any jobs that are suspended or waiting.
Only do this if all your jobs are complete.
