My Configuration SSL security server and SSL Agent under same system. In my 
etc/hosts file i have:

<ip> Short name FDQN

Am I must change my etc/file into

<ip> FDQN short name

Can I check with you, Your cgsb_security_server.conf like this:

sslport 8084
mylocation FDQN
signerport 8085
keysize <ssl size>

and your cgsb_agent.conf like:
https://localhost:8084
mylocation FDQN
signer FDQN:8085
keysize <ssl size>
