Here are two questions (this is for Linux master/media server) and all the
clients are on Linux/Solaris.

1. How to Validate a backup policy before its actual run.

I have a policy where it has more than 50 mount points to backup.  After
doing any modification in the mount points how to verify the policy where
it will check all the mount points are valid and ready for backup. In place
by next day u will see some backup's has failed or missing?

2.Restore of backup (where backup was done with << Allow Multiple Data
Streams and Limit Jobs per Policy set to 2>>

I am doing a backup of one policy with Multiple Data Streams and set Limit
Jobs per policy to 2. It is working fine and very FAST During the Backup
and Restore.

The Question is while doing restore, in the end of restore Status it show
the last Streams status. i.e. 1000 files. But whole backup has more than
100000 file.
But if you grep the restore files status you can count 100000 file.

and here you can see the number of files on each mount point backed up.

I want to see the full status of restore in place getting the info from log
file by doing grep.
