good morning alex.
if your trying to get tapes out of a library try something the vmchange
cmd below. if your tapes didn't come out because of a problem with
netbackup you should seek help from symantec.

vmchange -res -multi_eject -w -verbose -rn robot_number -rt robot_type
-rh robot_control_host -ml tape_id:tape_id:


clean up after yourself if using barcode scanner in the library:

vmupdate -rn robot_number -rt robot_type -use_barcode_rules

You can use the vmchange command to eject media. Run vmchange -? And
check out the last 5 or 6 options...
