I am not sure if this will help, but Netbackup might be confused as to the
location of your media.  What happens when you try to do an inventory of the
robot?  Do you get an error about media already exists or something like
that?  If so, try using the Move function in the admin console against all
of your tapes that currently show as TLD or whatever it might be instead of
NONE... tell it to move the tapes to standalone, and then do an inventory of
the robot(s) to bring the tapes back in.  This should bring the database
into sync with reality.

It is a shot in the dark.
