Welcome to the world of Unified Logging... so the quick answer is that for
new Netbackup processes, rather than creating a directory for the process
as in the legacy method, they now create log file(s) per process in this
directory.  These can be configured with the vxlogcfg command, but before
attempting that, I would read the Netbackup Troubleshooting Guide for the
latest release.  There is a section specifically about the unified logs
and how to properly delete, reduce in number, or change location of these
files.
