You are the man that fixed the issue. Why
couldn’t Symantec just tell me that month’s ago, it would have
saved weeks of troubleshooting. Thanks for all your help.

Indexing Server Error
This condition is produced when
Netbackup attempts to backup the catalog indexes but can't because the Catalog
index service is disabled.
But rather than enable the Catalog Index service on all our Windows clients as
the technote article recommends, we were able to solve the problem by deleting
the default catalogs instead. The indexing service is still disabled but
now there's nothing to backup so Netbackup is happy. Note: The warning
message you are seeing has nothing to do with files within the Inetpub
directory; it is only complaining about the catalog indexes (which are not
necessary to recover your web sites). If you delete the default catalogs,
the warning message goes away.
Here are some articles that detail how to delete the default catalogs:

Hey guys
I am randomly getting the error below on several of our clients and have
attempted all the fixes that Symantec has given me from creating a script that
starts the indexing service for the client and stops when the backup completes
and visa versa but it never seems to work. I then have to create some sort of
script that copies the data from the D:\inetpub which seems to be the problem,
to a different location and then we can back it up but sometimes even when we
do it this way the backup fails. We do exclude the D:\inetpub directory once
the script is in place and get mixed results. I have been told that once we
upgrade from 5.1 MP6 to 6.0 it will resolve the issue but we are having the
problem now and probably will not upgrade until the end of the year. Any ideas
would be appreciated.
