I'm not sure going from hpux to solaris is an "upgrade". :p

Be sure to put an entry in /etc/system concerning tcp_fusion We upgraded
from hpux to solaris 10 a few months ago and had issues where the
backups just wouldn't run and no errors were generated

some of my older 1gbps fiber cards no longer worked, but the good thing
with Solaris 10 is many of tunables in /etc/system (for solaris 8) are
not needed with Solaris 10, what type of HW is it running on?
