Just some fuel on the fire: I got both the 6.5 Admin and
Java consoles installed on a test Windows Vista machine without
issue.

But if yours is actually
working, I wonder why I can't get mine working? I have it on XP boxes all
over the place so the procedure is really not that difficult. I am
running 6.5.1.a on the master (Solaris) and have a few copies of the Admin
Console on XP boxes. Just this one Vista one giving me
grief.
