My apologies, I'm running NBU 6.5 and Exchange 2003...I'm in the process
of upgrading to 6.5.1 now.

I've recently gone thru the white paper for data protection of an
exchange server and we have our backups setup just like the 'Good'
solution that is shown...we are backing up "Microsoft Information
Store:\First (second, and third) Storage Group". Now, according to this
white paper I should be able to do a single message restore without
having to break out the recovery storage group and restoring the entire
storage group. But this doesn't seem to be the case.

Do I also need to have a second job setup to backup the mailbox
information?
