As far as im am concerned if I have to take the time to test out new functionality in our lab then roll out to production then I might as well goto 6.5.1. The amount of effort from a upgrade and testing point of view is the same. So we will just go to the latest version and cross our fingers.
I've been running
6.5 since mid September without any significant cases open. Nothing at all like what I kept finding in 6.0.
