There are various ways, one is bpdbjobs -most_columns and I (am not
positive) but I believe its column 13 for the current KiB/s-- you need to
measure the throughput to each drive. You can also monitor the activity
monitor/make sure you have several clients multiplexed to each drive at a
time to always ensure the tape drives are fully utilized.
