Sounds like the master server doesn't like it.
As a quick test, check the host properties of the master, check the SERVERS,
and where you have additional servers, add the machine name to it.

Make sure the client is talking to the correct Master Server too! Look at
the client properties too.

i just install my netbackup client on the my backup environment. all has
been configured and also the firewall port has been release, i still have
this error when i test my backup from the client.
