I was able to resolve error 13s by turning of multistreaming AND multiplexing.

Not to highjack, but has anyone has any experience resolving 13s on Solaris 
hosts?

I've got several SAP hosts on a particular VLAN that have been getting 13s 
during the "OS" backup, though the SAP Agent DB backup works fine.
