 libc.so.6 => /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libc.so.6 (0xb7e82000)

No package missing

Check to see if any libraries are missing as far as NetBackup bpcd is
concerned, run:

ldd /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/bpcd

and see what is missing.
