Upgraded yesterday.  Logged 3 issues this morning.

1) bpduplicate is reporting that copy 2 already exists for some of the images, 
and the duplication job fails with status 1 or 191

2) bptm is reporting no space left on the device, and the duplication job fails 
with status 191

3) duplication fails with status 190
