Netbackup 5.1 MP6 on Solaris 10.

I had to move to a multi-tape catalog backup and I followed the instructions in the admin guide to create the policies and run the two-stage backup in a script I call from cron. I check for active backups and restores and I terminate bprd, but how can I check for catalog maintenance tasks like compression and image expiration?
