Hello,

Has anyone ever been burned trying to restore a NDMP file into an alternate path (same volume) below the root file system on a volume and had the top level permissions removed? Is this default behavior for NDMP restores? I have done non NDMP restores for years using “Restore everything to a different location” and never experienced this issue. Please advise…
