May have answered this myself now !!!!!!!!!!!! DOH DOH !!!!!
It looks like the "Information Store" Backup IS doing the Mailbox and Public
information store backups within the schedule!!!
Looking at the Event Log now, I see it attempts and completed the backups...
See events below...
Information Store (7868) First Storage Group: Beginning the backup of the
file C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\mdbdata\priv1.stm (size 6 Mb).
Information Store (7868) First Storage Group: Ending the backup of the file
C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\mdbdata\priv1.stm.
Information Store (7868) First Storage Group: Beginning the backup of the
file C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\mdbdata\pub1.edb (size 360 Mb).
Information Store (7868) First Storage Group: Ending the backup of the file
C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\mdbdata\pub1.edb.
So I think I am ok !!

If it is a server name issue look for server not found in the bpbkar log.
Name used in system manager needs to be the name used for the NBU client
name. Even if on a bu subnet.

to those who do Ex2k3 online backups - I have a BH Server that is purely a
BH server.
It has 2 stores (Mailbox and Public Folder). When trying the public folder
online backup, I get status 71 none of the files exist.
Error activity log shows....
WRN - unable to successfully enumerate folder: Microsoft Exchange Public
Folders:\
I am 99% sure this was working 2 weeks ago - however the team changed the
server name - so I uninstalled and reinstalled the NetBackup client software
again, with the new name!
Any ideas?
