This list and many other Usenet lists are already archived on few sites 
and WEB2Netnews gateways.
So I personally do not thinks another way to access the list would be a 
bad thing. 
Afterall, isn't Usenet a "public domain" anyway :-)

P.S. "non-associated"  with what ?
