That might depend on what kind of storage units you're using - I don't 
think you'll pay any extra for traditional DSU or DSSU licensing, but 
there are Advanced Disk Storage and Advanced Disk Staging options that 
are new to 6.5.  Whenever you see "Advanced" in an option, that means 
it's extra $.
