Yes it is running, I have a E-Down ticket in with Symantec for a DR but
they are of no help.  In two days will be a week since the ticket was
put in and I've called them at least 15 times with no support from them.


So if I uninstall and reinstall would it allow me to restore the
catalogs?

Is NetBackup running when you are doing this?  If it is not,the recovery

will not work AFAIK.
