The L500 is I think a multi-LUN library; make certain your HBAs are 
configured to enable multi-LUN support.  Many SCSI adapters default to 
having this disabled.

This would cause what you see.

[Veritas-bu] Storagetek L500 Library







Hi all 

Is anyone out there using storagetek l500 library with windows 2000 or 
2003 and netbackup 5.1 mp4. 
The issue I am facing is the changer does not appear in windows device 
manager but the 2 hp lto2 drives do.
