[Veritas-bu] status code 73: bpstart

Subject:	[Veritas-bu] status code 73: bpstart_notify failed

I get a status code 73: bpstart_notify failed.  I first thought it was
the custom script that was causing the problems but then I just tested
running the backup with just the default bpstart_notify and bpend_notify
scripts.  I get the same error.  Has anyone else experienced this type
of problem while using the bpstart and bpend notify scripts?
