I can get information in a script using both of the commands below, but
I was hoping for one command to give me
the tapes I used and whether it got full. 
 
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpimagelist -media -U -hoursago 72
gives me the tapes used
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpmedialist -m $media -l |awk '{ if
($15 == "8") {print $1 " " "FULL"} }' >> $OUTFILE

Doesnt the Media List Report indicate the tape is full?

I have the media written report of what tapes were written for a time
period, but I don't see if they were full or not.
