Good Morning Richard, 
 
What release and patch level of netbackup are you using that is having this 
problem?
Did anyone make changes?
 
Will the job run if you start one of them with a manual backup?
 
There are so many possible choices, if you can run a job with a manual backup 
then you trim the choices down to a much smaller subset.

Subject: [Veritas-bu] Why won't Re-Queued backups start???



Folks,

            Can I pick your brains, please?  During the weekend, we had a 
couple of media write errors which caused those backups to be re-queued. 
Nothing unusual, there, of course but now the jobs seem to be "stuck" at 
"Re-Queued".

 

            Any ideas what could be preventing them starting? There are free 
tape drives and plenty of available tapes.
