Ok, well by default in Windows, the Max Fragment size appears to be set for
"1048576".

Anyone else in a Windows environemnt who can confirm what your storage
setting is set for please?

2048MB is what most people set, but the fragment-to-filesize is the best 
way to optimize this for your restores.
