Not much of a problem leaving master on Solaris.
If the SSO stuff gets sorted out on linux, it'd be cool to move your
media servers there for the bus speed of the x86 arch
machines....especially with the move to 6.0, as any cataloging is move
completely off of the media servers in 6.0 from what I understand....the
media servers will essentially become 100% completely "media-dumb" data
movers, and all media/cataloging will be on the EMM.

Your EMM/Master wouldn't even need any drives attached to it, so no
st.conf or anything else to deal with.
