Try this

1.shutdown bpjobd (bpjobd -terminate)
2 run: bpjobd -r <id>
3 restart bpjobd via bpdbm restart (UNIX can do "bpjobd &")

Can also try:

        Stop bpdbm (Netbackup Database Manager) and delete the
bpjobd.act.db file under the jobs dir (This will delete ALL active jobs
just so you know to make sure no jobs are running)
If you dont stop bpdbm you can delete the bpjobd.act.db file but it must
have the info loaded into memory because it will re-create the file with
all the data in-tact.
