Dear All,

I have problem on Windows Media server, some of drive status is become
down and can't UP by Netbackup GUI the message is  Drive is not ready or
inoperable

If I restart the Windows media server all drive status are UP but not
for long (some drives become down again)

On my Unix master and media servers all drives status are UP and can use
smoothly.

 

Please advice...

 

Specs :

Application Netbackup 5.0

Master server Solaris

Media server Unix and Windows2000/2003

Client Unix/Windows > 100 servers

STK L700 (20 drives)
