Can't remember the error code off the top of my head, might be 84 or
85(luckily hasn't popped up recently)
But if you're using DSSU's you probably won't want to monitor for "disk
space full" as it will be paging often....but there is an error code
that occurs when the DSSU is full and NBU can't flush it properly.

If any required daemons, (ltid, etc) are not running.
