[Veritas-bu] Restricting NBU Java Console?

Is it possible to restrict access within the Java console easily? I
would like to allow someone to connect and view the Activity Monitor as
well as manually kick off jobs (a particular one if I can get that
granular).=20
I assume it would be done through usr/openv/java/auth.conf, but I can't
find anything that defines what settings to use.
