Officially, no, it's not possible to move an assigned tape from pool to
pool. The only official way to do this is to duplicate your images to tapes
in the correct pool.
That being said, there's a dangerouse, unsupported way to do this who's
details I've forgotten on purpose.

Subject: [Veritas-bu] Oops! Media For Month End In Wrong Pool!
Morning
AFter making changes to NBU 5.2 MP2 I overlooked one important issue.....
My month end backups were meant to go in a Volume Pool called Month_End
however I forgot and now they are in the "FULL"Volume pool. I dont believe
its a big problem, but is there a clean way of being able to relocate these
tapes INTO the correct volume pool even though the backups are completed? I
tried the manual way of change but its advised the tape is assigned to this
volume pool!
I guess I could freeze the tapes or just eject them, but wonder if its going
to cause any issues in the long term?
Thanks, Simon
