[Veritas-bu] Cleaning tape problem

Hi All
Have a Dell Powervault 136T library with LTO3 drives. Netbackup 5.1, single 
master. Problem when run cleaning on the drives. Throws out 
"GetTapeParameters() failed on drive ULTRIUM-TD3SCSI1 (device 0, \\.\Tape0): A 
cleaner cartridge is present in the tape library. " 3 times, and the mounts the 
cleaning tape, and cleans successfully. Any ideas?
