I have!! In NBU 5.x - It was on 2003 Client - I turned of VSS and that
seemed to sort it!
Is this your client machine?

We have been experiencing a problem lately.  We do a full on a client on one
day successfully. The next day we do an incremental, but get message that
full has not been done, and it does another full.  So far Veritas has not
been able to come up with a cause.  Wondering if anyone else is seeing this
problem.  It is becoming very frequent.
