Asiye,

No, NetBackup is not yet supported on 64 bit Opteron or EM64T. It does
run on these processors, but you have to use the 32 bit OS.

To make your party even nicer, no backup product currently supports 64
bit W2K3 on Opteron or EM64T. I asked most vendors, they aren't even
sure if there is going to be support anytime soon.
