4.5 (FP6) Windows 2003 Master/media server -
=20
Staff accidentally scratched 2 long term hold tape using bpexpdate last
night -
=20
Other than importing these tapes is it possible to recover these 2 media
?
=20
Unfortunately the recalculate requires the Job ID that does not=20
Show up anymore? Or is there an alternate way I can find it?
=20
V:\VERITAS\NetBackup\bin\admincmd>bpexpdate -backupid
condor-p_??????? -client condor-p -policy Condor-Snap-Resubmit
-recalculate -ret 8
=20
A bprecover of the database could quickly do this but I would loose all
last nights backups
But the tapes are critical Lawson payroll and after review with
management it might=20
Be the option since the Import process is so lengthy?
=20
Thanks
=20
