bpdbm -consistency > consistency.out
 
This will give you a consistency check report. Run it on the master. The
output will show any corrupted  image files that may be causing problems
with backups or restores. Unless you REALLY know what you're doing under the
hood, don't attempt to repair these corruptions yourself - open a case with
Symantec support.
