[Veritas-bu] Experience with Data Link doing support for Netbackup?

What really happens is they end up doing Tier 0-2 support for your
Veritas problem, and then they escalate the issue to Veritas for you.=20

Aside from their ability to do support (which we had mixed luck with
last time I worked with them), their record-keeping ability for Veritas
licenses for that company sucked worse than Veritas' - and I know that's
a stretch. =3D)=20

Definitely some good people there, but we ended up deciding to
consolidate our support with the individual vendors and that cut our
hardware/software purchasing costs too (eliminate the middleman).=20

which they are suggesting they can do our Netbackup support cheaper than
Veritas (Symantec).
