open the GUI .goto catalog. Select duplicate and find the backups you want
to restore.(fill in the policy or tape ) . Then select the backups right
click and select "make primary"

Or if that doesn't work perhaps expire the other image.  Of course there's
downsides to that too.

try this (from the bpimage manpage):

     /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpimage -npc copy # -backupid
           backupid [-client client_name]

  -npc copy #
                This command sets the specified image as the primary image
                based on the copy number of the image.

Hello All

We're running inline tape copy backups, the problem is that even when the
copy which is inhouse is set as the primary copy through the GUI.
Restore still asks for the copy 1 tape.

Any idea's/suggestion how to solve this ?
