try this (from the bpimage manpage):

     /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpimage -npc copy # -backupid
           backupid [-client client_name]

  -npc copy #
                This command sets the specified image as the primary
image
                based on the copy number of the image.

Hello All

We're running inline tape copy backups, the problem is that even when
the copy which is inhouse is set as the primary copy through the GUI.
Restore still asks for the copy 1 tape.

Any idea's/suggestion how to solve this ?
