You've probably already checked these, but just in case :
First, ensure there is a SERVER=3D entry in bp.conf on the master for your=

workstation.
Use bpclntcmd on both boxen to ensure they are resolving each other properl=
y=20
....
On the client :
bpclntcmd -hn <masterserver_hostname>
bpclntcmd -ip <master_ip>
bpclntcmd -sv
On ther master :
bpclntcmd -hn <client_hostname>
bpclntcmd -ip <client_ip>
If any of these commands don't work, or return the wrong response, try=20
adding entries to the hosts file on either or both of the master and client=
.
