It may happen sometime if your netbackup catalog has some problem. It
could be like the volume
Where you have netbackup catalog configured is nearly full and or has
some problem.

I'm using Netbackup Enterprise Server 5.0 mp4. We are running Solaris
9.
Last Month while doing the regular administrative type auditing, I
noticed there were no
unix jobs running. Sure enough my policy for backing up Unix was gone.
I of course
recreated and had to attribute it to someone mistakenly deleting the
policy.
This morning I was looking around and found my windows server policy is
gone! No
backup for two days now.
Has anyone else seen this happening? I find it hard to believe someone
is mistakenly
deleting policies. You have to confirm when deleting a policy. Could it
be a Netbackup problem?
Or are we talking an internal security problem? Panic!!!! Panic !!!
