Subject: [Veritas-bu] lost all output about volmes, 4.5 FP8

  Turns out it was a semaphore error problem.  Turns out that the admin 
before me never setup params in /etc/system and Nebackup just plain ran 
out of resources.

  Made changes to /etc/system, rebooted and am happily on my way.
