[Veritas-bu] restoring cluster quorum with different disk signature

There was a post here recently about restoring a Windows cluster.

I believe there was a link to a technote that said something about
adding/deleting/modifying a reg key that would allow Netbackup to
restore the quorum, and allow cluster services to start, in spite of the
signature of the quorum disk having changed.

I can't find it in my favorites, or by searching messages in my veritas
list folder, or by searching suppor.veritas.com.
