I'd like to make use of DSSU capabilities for some policies, but we
have different retention times for the onsite and offsite copies. It
doesn't look like there's a way to use DSSU but make the copies with
different retention periods. Any suggestions? I'm thinking maybe a
script to bpexpdate the offsites would do the trick, but ... seems
hackish.
Maybe someone from Veritas is reading and wants to put this as a
feature request for the future.
