so I performed this restore again....

had the admin build a brand new fresh 2003 box, install MS ADAM, and
Entrust/Informix PKI.
=20
installed NBU client.....
=20
since NBU 5.0 doesn't capture MS-ADAM directory, we used NTBACKUP to hot
backup MS-ADAM, triggered by bpstart_notify.bat.
(NBU 5.1 captures ADAM as part of shadow copy components)

Backed up machine with no problem.
=20

However, upon completion of the restore, admin can no longer RDP to the
client.....NB will no longer connect to the client....

after rebooting the machine, all files appear to be restored, but
Entrust services are not restored (not available to start/stop, etc....)

Entrust says it is a backup/restore issue and is not their problem.
