[Veritas-bu] Howto backup directories but not files

I got a client with bouch of files we don't wont backup of below a =
certain level - ie. /home/flaf/gnyf but we would like to have the =
directory structure, is it possible and how ? In EMC NetWorker they got =
a directive that could do it.
