[Veritas-bu] Windows exclude lists scripting?
2005-06-09 17:14:19
Can I then enter a whole bunch of excludes where the
excludefile_information is? Or do I need to run this command for each
file exclude I have? I need to update about 800 servers with a list of
file excludes of around 80 lines.
Thanks
Greg

bpsetconfig -h clientname ecludefile_information
Where excludefile_information contains something that looks like this:
Exclude = C:\temp\*
Exclude = pagefile.sys
Exclude = perflib_perfdata*.dat
You can also add specific policy and schedule references.
Set a couple up manually and then use bpgetconfig -M clientname to see
what it looks like.
