It is a problem as the bpend_notify scripts dosn't get executed.

The system is NBU5.1MP2 on master/media and client all windows 2003

I have similar errors for bphdb.exe and msvcr71.dll and changed the security 
on the msvcr71.dll but it dosn't solve the problem.

Any information will be appreciated
